8-15-19 Aggravated Assault - 4300 block Kayla Circle

• Upon arrival, Police located the victim and called for Hamilton County EMS to respond, but he declined transport.
• The victim directed officers to where the suspect was located.
• Police detained the suspect.
• The victim advised that the suspect pointed a gun at him and then he heard a bang and felt pain.
• It was determined the victim was struck by a rock-salt round.
• Warrants were obtained for aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and unlawful possession of a weapon.
• The suspect was arrested and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.

Charges:

Aggravated Assault, Reckless Endangerment, & Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.
