Sewer Fees
The City of Chattanooga has recently updated our Sewer Billing system. If you do not have an online account, you may pay your bill online as a guest. Please enter your account number and check out as a guest to process your payment.
In order to sign up for a new online account, you will need to obtain your new billing ID number. This number will be located on your next billing statement. When you receive that bill, y ou will create a new user name and password for the new system.
Please note that you can also make a payment with our automated phone system at 844-898-3672.
If you are unable to make a payment using your customer ID number, please contact 1-833-237-8064 for assistance. Any other needs or requests should be directed to the 311.

Ways to pay Chattanooga sewer fees:

Quick online payment, if you do not have a current bill due, your account information will not be available, and will register as an error message when you type in your account information. You will need to check your account again after the bill has been processed: Manage Auto Draft You can use your new online access to pay your bill and set up autopay. Use the Single Time Payment Link for set-up. |

Call toll free (844) 898-3672 Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Have your sewer fee statement and your credit card or checking account number ready. You must have your new account number to use this option. If you have been disconnected, you must also contact (423)643-6311 to let us know that you have made a payment. |

HAS YOUR WATER SERVICE BEEN TURNED OFF OR YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DISCONNECT LETTER:
If you have received a sewer disconnect letter or to restore water service that was turned off due to past due sewer fees you must pay by cash or credit card (personal checks will not be accepted).
You may pay in person at the Payment Processing Center located at 1250 Market St, Ste. 1008. If disconnected, you may pay with cash or with a credit card. No personal checks will be accepted for disconnected accounts. Payments must be received by 3:00 pm to submit a same day reconnect order on your account (payments made after 3:00 pm will be submitted the next business day). Tennessee American Water Company then has up to 24 business hours to restore service.
Service fees are not charged for any sewer fee payments. All payment types are included: cash, checks, credit or debit cards.
