Office of the City Attorney

Attorney Noblett is  licensed in Tennessee since 1982. He was previously a member of Nelson, McMahan & Noblett from 1990 to 2009, where he handled state and federal court litigation for the City of Chattanooga and other municipal governments in Tennessee since 1985. Mr. Noblett is a past president of the Chattanooga Bar Association and a fellow of the Chattanooga Bar Foundation. In 2009, he became Deputy City Attorney when the City Attorney's office was moved to its present location. He is a past president of the Tennessee Municipal Attorneys Association and received the Distinguished Municipal Attorney award from TMAA in 2022.

Ms. Malueg received her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and her J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. She has been a licensed attorney in Tennessee since 2004. Her areas of practice are municipal law, real property, and civil litigation. She is also the legal advisor to several City Boards.

Ms. Bryson received her B.A. in Communication Studies from Vanderbilt University and her J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law since 2017. Her areas of practice are municipal law, contracts and transactional matters, tax law, real property, and civil litigation.

Mr. Glass received his B.A. in Business Administration, cum laude, from Southern Adventist University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. He also received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He has been a licensed attorney in Tennessee since 1998. His areas of practice are municipal law, civil litigation, contracts and transactional matters, and real property.

Ms. McDonald received her B.A. from the University of Southern Mississippi in Political Science. She received her J.D. from the University of Mississippi. Ms. McDonald has been licensed in Tennessee since 2012. She has also been licensed in Mississippi since 2013. After graduation from law school, Ms. McDonald worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Mississippi Court of Appeals in Jackson, Mississippi. She has also worked for firms located in Memphis and Chattanooga.

Mr. McKnight grew up in Humboldt, Tennessee, and received his B.A. in History from Freed-Hardeman University graduating magna cum laude. He received his J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2015, and he became licensed to practice law that same year. Following his admission to the Tennessee Bar, Mr. McKnight worked in private practice in his hometown of Humboldt until joining the Office of the City Attorney in January of 2024.

Mr. Trundle grew up in Maryville, Tennessee, making frequent trips to Chattanooga to visit with family and friends. He earned his B.A. from Rhodes College and his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law. Since becoming licensed to practice law in Tennessee in 2011, Mr. Trundle has worked in private practice at a firm in Maryville and in a solo practice in Chattanooga. He joined the office in January 2023.

Mr. Yanez received his B.A. in Philosophy, magna cum laude, from St. John Vianney College Seminary and his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law. Mr. Yanez has been licensed in Tennessee since 2017. His areas of practice include municipal law and civil litigation.
