Ways To Participate In Council Meetings
Attend In Person
- Any person may attend the above-listed meetings in person. All meetings are open and accessible.
- Addressing the Council: Public comments are allowed every Tuesday at the end of the 3:30 p.m. business meeting. Once the City Attorney reads the rules for addressing Council, each speaker must speak from the podium. Each speaker will be allotted three minutes to make their comments. A timer will be set and visible to all speakers during this time. Speakers cannot share their three minutes with others. The timer starts anew with each speaker. The Council has limited the public comments section of its agenda to a maximum of one hour.
