  • Equity & Community Engagement: We collaborate across city departments to embed equity in policies and practices through data-driven strategies, transparent accountability, and active involvement of residents in the decision-making process

  • Neighborhood Services: We work to enhance the quality of life in all neighborhoods by ensuring equitable access to city services and resources

  • Supplier Diversity: We support inclusive economic growth by promoting opportunities for local businesses and ensuring diversity in city contracts

  • Office of New Americans: We provide resources and support to immigrants and refugees, fostering their integration and success within our community
