Responsibilities

The HR Operations & Recruitment division is primarily responsible for aligning City objectives with all employees across the departments by acting as a consultant for complex employee relations issues, and recruitment needs. The division acts as an employee champion and change agent by anticipating HR-related needs and continuously developing integrated solutions.
