About Us
At the Department of Innovation Delivery and Performance (IDP), we serve those who serve Chattanooga. The department works as an internal support organization for the city as a whole, working to empower city employees with innovative, customer focused and data informed approaches. We are a small but mighty group of dedicated public servants who seek to be catalysts for change each and every day.
