- Ability to respond within the portal environment to solicitations
- Registered or “Prospective” suppliers are easily converted to “Spend Authorized” when they are awarded a contract or purchase order because all required information is provided upfront
- “Spend Authorized” suppliers with a portal account will be able to view and manage purchase orders, contract documents, and status of invoice payment
