Responsibilities

Enterprise Applications & Oracle

The Enterprise Applications (EA) Team evaluates and manages software applications used by multiple City Departments, like Oracle, GoVocal,  Hubspot and many others. 

The EA team maintains an inventory of enterprise applications reducing the opportunity for functional duplication. It is possible that a  request may be accomplished using software already in use by another department. 

The EA team saves taxpayer dollars by eliminating redundant or outdated tools while ensuring our coworkers have access to the best technology for their needs.

Engagement Applications

The EA team manages applications that enable departments to better engage with employees and citizens. Some of these applications are:

  • Hubspot & Hubspot Social
  • Meltwater
  • GoVocal
