Responsibilities
The Intelligent Cities Division serves to develop and implement new technologies that support innovative deliveries of City services while advancing the efficiency and reliability of the city infrastructure. The Division is the City’s gateway to Chattanooga’s celebrated research community and works closely with other stakeholders in industry, government, and the private sector to develop strategies for maximizing the benefits of connected technologies and data management.
This Division is responsible for partnering with all City departments to identify opportunities for innovative solutions that facilitate service delivery or support efficient government processes. Our goal is to provide state-of-the-art strategies for the development and implementation of these solution technologies.
