What Are The Requirements?

  1. Ensure you are not affiliated with a tire business that is properly permitted.
  2. Prepare to pay a non-refundable fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the permit.
  3. If you have multiple locations, be ready to purchase a permit for each location.
  4. For each additional vehicle used to transport waste tires, prepare to pay an additional fifteen dollars ($15.00) per decal.

Log in using your credentials.

If you don't have an account, sign up. It's free.

Follow the instructions on Open Gov Portal.

Provide necessary details about your tire hauling operations, including the number of locations and vehicles.
