Anyone approved for Tax Relief and/or Tax Freeze is eligible.
Properties with no stormwater fee are NOT eligible for payment through this program.
How Do I Apply?
Send your completed form along with your Tax Relief and/or Tax Freeze applications by mail or in person to:
City of Chattanooga
Office of the City Treasurer

Process Details
Approval Process / Evaluation
- Once your Tax Relief or Tax Freeze application is approved, United Way will send a payment, on your behalf, to the City of Chattanooga
- Payments will not include fees, interest, or penalties from prior years
