Pay Online
If you do not have an online account, you may pay your bill online as a guest. Please enter your account number and check out as a guest to process your payment.
Prior to creating a new online account, you will need to obtain your new billing ID number. This number will be located on your next billing statement. When you receive that bill, create a new profile with a username and password.

Please visit the Sewer Payment Center (located in the Development Resource Center) at 1250 Market Street, Suite 1008, in downtown Chattanooga from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday OR, only if your account is not past due, at any area First Horizon Bank. Walmart, cash advance facilities and convenience stores are NOT authorized sewer payment locations.
