• Phone: dial (423) 698-2525 or 911 for emergencies

Provide essential information:

• Be ready to answer questions determining the nature and seriousness of the problem
• For emergencies, clerks continuously relay information to dispatchers while asking additional questions

Obtain incident/accident report copy:

• Contact Open Records at the Office of the City Attorney (423) 643-8250

• Missing Persons:
  • No waiting period; report immediately.
• Traffic Concerns:
  • Report Drunk Drivers: call 911; provide car description, location, and direction of travel
