Hours of Operation
Refuse Collection Centers are convenient locations for City of Chattanooga residents to dispose of bulky trash items generated from the households in which they reside.
Guidelines
No tandem axle trailers, dump bodies, or trucks larger than a standard pickup truck are allowed
No contractors, businesses, or landlords allowed
Any refuse being dumped should not exceed a standard truck bed load
Residents may dispose of material up to 12 times a calendar year (January-December)
The driver must have a valid driver's licenses showing city of Chattanooga residency (If new to the city you must show a utility bill such as electric, water, gas, etc.)
Must have valid Hamilton County Tags to dump
No commercial tags
The attendant has the right to refuse your load
Residents are limited to 8 bags per visit
