Train Derailment In The Rail Yard

Chattanooga Fire companies arrived on scene to discover 10 railcars of a 131 car train had left the tracks with 2 of those cars on their side. The derailment only effects rail yard traffic, no city streets are affected. No injuries were reported and no hazards to the community. The reason for the derailment is still being investigated by railroad officials.
