Neighborhood Roundtable

Neighborhood Services has hosted Neighborhood Roundtables for about as long as we've been around. Hosted on a monthly basis, the purpose of the Roundtable is to provide Neighborhood Associations and the general public at-large an opportunity to connect with City administrators and policymakers in order to learn important information and to also give feedback on important City initiatives.

Interested in attending our Roundtables?

You can either:

  1. Just fill out the Neighborhood Association Interest Survey and we’ll send you the invites

Neighborhood Driving/Walking Audits

The Neighborhood Walking/Driving Audit Program, available to registered Neighborhood Associations, is a collaborative initiative aimed at identifying and addressing community issues. During these audits, Neighborhood Relations Specialists join residents to walk or drive through their neighborhoods, engaging in discussions about local concerns.

Using the 311 app, they systematically report problems such as potholes, streetlight outages, and code violations. To provide comprehensive support, officials from the Chattanooga Police Department (CPD), Codes Enforcement, and other city departments may also participate, ensuring a holistic approach to problem-solving. This proactive program empowers residents, fosters strong community relations, and enhances neighborhood safety and livability. Regular audits help prioritize and address issues promptly, making Chattanooga’s neighborhoods better places to live.
