This is the first iteration of the City of Chattanooga’s One Chattanooga Plan.
It describes the strategic direction, key priorities, values, and initiatives that define a vision of a community where all Chattanoogans can thrive.
This plan is designed to be an iterative, living document that holds our city accountable to achieving ambitious goals, but is nimble enough to adjust to a changing and growing city. It will be the product of the many different communities, organizations, leaders, and residents who make up our city and give it the capacity to be the best place in America to call home.
