8-14-19 Arrest - Fatal Drug Overdose
After a thorough investigation and interview with the suspect, CPD Narcotics Investigators determined Domino supplied illicit drugs to a 22-year-old male who was found deceased on July 2, 2019 in a room at 2210 Bams Drive. The Hamilton County Medical Examiner's preliminary examination concluded the man's death was a result of fentanyl and meth toxicity.
Justin Domino was taken into custody on August 13, 2019 and booked into the Hamilton County Jail.
