10-31-16 Early Morning Fire Damags Duplex

Chief Bowman said firefighters with four fire companies quickly got the fire under control. An estimate on the dollar loss was not available, but the fire caused extensive damage. No injuries were reported.

Volunteers with the American Red Cross were called in to provide assistance to two elderly males who were displaced by the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation. Chattanooga police, Hamilton County EMS and EPB also provided assistance on the scene.
