NEW SUPPLIER PORTAL LAUNCHING JUNE 24, 2021!

 

The City of Chattanooga is upgrading our technology to make it easier for us to do business together. 

 

 

Short on Time?

#1 – Our NEW Supplier Portal will launch June 24, 2021.  Please check back to find out how you can register for the upcoming training sessions on using supplier portal.

#2 – Supplier Portal will improve your experience with us. In the Supplier Portal, you’ll be able to: view and update your supplier profile information, view and respond to all bidding opportunities, view your Purchase Orders and Invoices, submit invoices online anytime, get paid faster with ACH deposits, and track payment status.

#3 – A Supplier Portal profile will be expected to do business with The City of Chattanooga in the future. We’re committed to making this transition a success by reducing manual and paper-based processes.

#4 – We’re Here to Help. The City of Chattanooga will host online training sessions to help get you started in the Supplier Portal, which will be scheduled soon. We’ll also provide quick reference guides and step-by-step video tutorials for your most common tasks on our Supplier Training page (Coming Soon!).
