Award Protest Process
If a responder is not satisfied with the Purchasing Division recommendation, the recourse is to initiate a Bid Protest procedure, within (3) working days of the letter of award recommendation. This must be in writing addressed to the Purchasing Agent.
Suppliers should not make frivolous use of the protest process.
