• Vehicle #1 was traveling westbound on East 3rd Street at Highland Park Avenue when it collided with a bicyclist stopped in the right lane.
• Driver #1 stated she did not see the bicyclist.
• Hamilton County EMS responded and transported the bicyclist to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
• Driver #1 was not injured.
