11-30-16 Shots Fired/Interstate Pursuit - 7200 block Shallowford Rd
The following information was obtained through preliminary investigations:
- A CPD officer heard several shots fired in the 7200 block of Shallowford Rd at 7:34 p.m. tonight
- The officer observed a silver Saab Q5 flee the area at a high rate of speed
- Suspect vehicle traveled west on Shallowford Rd, north on I-75 exiting at MM20 then returning via I-75 south
- A tire on the suspect vehicle blew causing the vehicle to stop one mile south of Exit 20
- No parties involved were injured
- Several shell casings were located at the initial scene on Shallowford Rd
- Three suspects were taken into custody on the felony stop
- One weapon was recovered from the vehicle
SUSPECTS:
Akello Miller, 20 years old - validated gang member
Joseph Brooks, 20 years old - validated gang member
Hayley McCormack, 21 years old
