1-23-17 Chattanooga Fugitive Captured in Knoxville

Chattanooga fugitive Jereme D. Little (41) was captured Monday, January 23, 2017 in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Little is being held in a Knox County jail until he is returned to a state penitentiary. Little was wanted by the CPD and the TBI for Especially Aggravated Kidnapping.

Little's 18 year sentence was overturned in May 2015 by then-Hamilton County Judge Rebecca Stern. The Tennessee Criminal Court of Appeals reversed that decision in August, 2016.

Little was arrested by TBI Special Agents, members of the U.S. Marshals Service Smoky Mountain Fugitive Task Force, deputies with the Knox County Sheriff's Office and officers with the Knoxville Police Department.

Little has served 7 years of his 18 year sentence.
