2-18-17 Home Invasion/Robbery - 5500 block Clear Creek Rd.

At 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 18, 2017, Chattanooga Police responded to a home invasion at the 5500 block of Clear Creek Rd. The following are the preliminary facts of that investigation:

• Upon police arrival, the victim advised that the suspect woke him and demanded money at gunpoint
• When the suspect was unable to retrieve any money he took a phone and jacket from the victim's home
• After a short investigation, Police were able to determine the whereabouts of the suspect
• He was located by police wearing the victim's jacket and in possession of the victim's phone
• The suspect was also in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia as well as a handgun
• The suspected was arrested for Aggravated Robbery and Possession of a Controlled Substance and transported to Hamilton County Jail

Victim:

Garrison Fogtman (male, 24)

Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this incident to call 423-698-2525. The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
