2-22-17 Dedicated Traffic Enforcement Results

Increased enforcement efforts by CPD's Traffic Unit addressed infractions on I-75, I-24, Hwy 153, and Hwy 27 on Wednesday, February 22, 2017.

The increased enforcement is conducted in areas determined by data models generated through CPD's Crime Analysis Unit and complaints from motorists.

Dedicated enforcement will continue in these areas and others as warranted. Officers will be on the lookout for speeders, drivers following to closely, distracted driving along with other offenses.
