4-15-17 Stabbing - 4700 block Norcross Rd.

Police were call to the 2700 block of Norcross Road for a stabbing incident at 9:03 p.m. on April 15, 2017. These are the preliminary facts of the investigation:

• Upon arrival police located the victim suffering from a stab wound
• The victim was transported to a local hospital by HCEMS
• The victim's injuries were critical at the time of transport
• Witnesses cooperated with police to identify a suspect, who was located a short time later
• The suspect was taken into custody without incident
