4-18-17 Undetermined Death - 3500 block Lillian Court

Chattanooga Police respond to a call at a home on Lillian Court. A man was found deceased in a van parked outside the home.

On Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. police responded to the 3500 block of Lillian Court on a unresponsive person. The following are the preliminary facts of this incident:

• Staff at Orange Grove Park Group Home located the victim who was unresponsive in one of the organization's vehicles (van)
• The Orange Grove staff called 911 and rendered aid to the victim
• Chattanooga Police responded to the scene where the victim was determined to be deceased
• Members of the Violent Crimes Bureau and Crime Scene Investigators were called to the scene to gather evidence
• There were no visible signs of trauma to the victim's body, however due to the suspicious nature of how he was found an autopsy will be performed by the Hamilton County Medical Examiner's office to determine cause of death

Carrie Lee Parkey (male, 60)

Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this incident to call 423-698-2525. The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
