4-30-17 Stabbing/Homicide - 3200 block Broad St.

At 3:52 a.m., Sunday, April 30, 2017, Chattanooga Police were called to the 3200 block of Broad Street for a person who had been stabbed. The following are the preliminary facts of that incident:

• Upon arrival, officers with the Chattanooga Police Department located the victim who had received multiple stab wounds to his body
• The victim had succumbed to his injuries prior to police arrival
• Police were able to detain a suspect who was still on scene
• The suspect was transported to another location for questioning by investigators
• Investigators believe that the incident escalated from a disorder which was domestic in nature
• Investigators processed evidence and witness testimony and the suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Hamilton County Jail

Lymorris Martin (male,59) - Deceased

Suspect:

Rachel Diane Green (female, 41)

Charges:

Criminal Homicide
