5-3-17 Shooting - 2300 block E. 17th St.

The following are the preliminary facts of that incident:

Officers arrived on scene and located two victims who were suffering from gunshot wounds
Both victims had non-life-threatening injuries
Both victims were transported to a local hospital by HCEMS
There is no suspect information at this time
Members of the Violent Crime Bureau are following all actionable leads

Tracy Ragland (male, 22)

Justice Parker (male, 22)
