6-15-17 Shooting - 100 block O'Neal St.

RELEASE 6/15/17:

At 12:30 p.m. on June 15, 2017, the Chattanooga Police responded to a person shot on the 100 block of O'Neal St.

The following are the preliminary facts of that incident:

• Upon arrival, Officers located the victim who was suffering from gunshot wound
• HCEMS responded and transported the victim to a local hospital where he was listed in critical condition
• Members of the Violent Crime Bureau are following all actionable leads at this time
• If you have any information regarding this incident, please call the Chattanooga Police Department. You can remain anonymous.

Shalone Wingate (male, 40)

Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this incident to call 423-698-2525. The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
