• Upon arrival, police located the suspect exiting the business where he was detained without incident
• The victim was located inside the business, suffering from a gunshot wound
• The victim had succumbed to his injuries prior to police arrival
• The suspect was questioned by police and then arrested for Criminal Homicide
• Members of the Violent Crime Bureau are actively investigating this incident
