On 01/03/2019 at approximately 9:12 p.m. a fatal injury crash occurred at 1400 South Holtzclaw Ave. Traffic Division responded to the scene. The following was determined through interview, investigation and observation:

• Vehicle #1 (Dodge Ram) was traveling east on E Main St.
• Vehicle #2 (Chrysler TWC) was traveling south on S Holtzclaw Ave.
• The two vehicles collided in the intersection causing Vehicle #2 to roll over, striking a utility pole.
• Three of the four occupants of Vehicle #1 fled the scene.
• The rear compartment passenger of Vehicle #2 was pronounced deceased on scene.
• Hamilton County EMS responded and transported the front seat passenger of Vehicle #2 where he later succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital.
• Driver #2 was transported to a local hospital where he is listed in critical condition.
• Passenger #1 of Vehicle #1 remained on scene and was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries where she was treated and released.
• At this time the investigation is continuing in a logical manor.
