1-7-19 Traffic Crash / Fatal - 1200 East 3rd Street

• Vehicle 1 (Chevrolet Malibu) was traveling south on North Holtzclaw
• Vehicle 2 (GMC Terrain) was traveling west on East 3rd St
• Vehicles 1 and 2 collided in the intersection
• Driver of Vehicle 1 was transported with undetermined injuries to a local hospital by Hamilton County EMS
• Driver of Vehicle 2 was cited for expired registration and no insurance
• CPD's Traffic Unit was notified on January 6, 2019 the driver of Vehicle 1 succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash
• The investigation is ongoing and proceeding in a logical manner

Stephen Coleman (Male, 34)
