1-9-18 Shooting/Pedestrian Struck - 2500 E. 5th St.

• Upon arrival, CPD Officers located a victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds at the intersection of Ivy and Kilmer Streets
• Officers also located a pedestrian struck by a vehicle at 2500 E. 25th St.
• Both victims were transported to a local hospital by Hamilton County EMS.
• The shooting victim with non-life-threatening injuries.
• The pedestrian struck suffered serious injuries.
• Suspect was arrested and transported to the Hamilton County Jail
• Circumstances surrounding the traffic crash are still under investigation

Attempted First Degree Murder

Aggravated Assault
