3-16-19 Suspect Arrest/Shots Fired - 1400 block Cowart St.

• On February 24, 2019, at 3:00 a.m. Chattanooga Police Officers responded to a Shots Fired call in the area of 1400 Cowart St.
• Evidence located at the scene and statements made by witnesses were turned over to the Chattanooga Police Department's (CPD) Gun Team.
• On March 5, 2019, CPD's Gang Unit Investigators initiated a traffic stop in the 3600 block of Chateau Lane.
• A firearm was recovered from Brandon Rogers in that stop.
• After reviewing evidence from both the initial incident and subsequent traffic stop, probable cause was established to obtain a warrant for Felonious Reckless Endangerment on Brandon Rogers.
• On March 13, 2019, Rogers was arrested without incident by Chattanooga Police.
