3/25/19 - Shooting - 1900 block Garfield St

• Upon arrival, Police located evidence of a crime scene and secured the scene.
• While on scene, Police were advised by a local hospital that a male had arrived with non life-threatening gunshot wounds.
• CPD Violent Crimes Bureau responded to conduct further investigation.
• The victim advised Police he drove himself to the hospital.
