On June 4, 2019 at approximately 12:59 a.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a local hospital on a report of a juvenile who showed up with a gunshot wound.

• Upon arrival, Police located a juvenile male who had been shot.
• Officers called for CPD's Violent Crimes Bureau to respond.
• Police searched several locations but were unable to locate a crime scene.
• Investigators notified Children's Protective Services.
• Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this incident to call 423-698-2525 or submit a tip via the CPD Mobile App. You can remain anonymous.
