7-18-19 Fatal Traffic Crash - 6510 Bonny Oaks Drive

• Vehicle #1 (Ford Explorer) was traveling west on Bonny Oaks Drive.
• Vehicle #2 (Ford F-350) was traveling east on Bonny Oaks Drive.
• Driver #2 advised Driver #1 drifted into his path and he was unable to avoid the collision.
• Vehicles #1 and #2 collided in a head-on manner causing #1 to rotate into the roadway while #2 veered off the roadway to the left.
• Driver #1 was entrapped and had to be extricated by Chattanooga Fire Department.
• Hamilton County EMS transported Driver #1 to a local hospital.
• On July 18, 2019 Chattanooga Police were notified that Driver #1 succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash.

David Fields (Male, 59)
