8-9-19 Community Alert: Attempted Kidnapping - 2100 block of Robbins Street

The incident was reported to Chattanooga Police on the evening of August 8, 2019. The CPD Violent Crimes Bureau is handling the investigation. Investigators interviewed the victim who provided the following description:

The suspect is described as a male, with a mustache and dark complexion. No other descriptors were provided by the reporting party.
