8-25-19 Shooting - Unknown Location

• Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the victim who was suffering from a non life-threatening gunshot wound.
• The CPD Violent Crimes Bureau was notified and responded.
• The victim advised he was walking in the area near the Walnut Street Bridge when he heard several gunshots and realized he had been shot.
• He was given a ride to the hospital by personal vehicle.
• Police were unable to locate evidence of a crime scene.
• Police are actively investigating the case to try to determine the actual events that took place.
