11-19-19 ARREST / 9-28-19 Homicide / Shooting - 3800 block Larry Drive

On September 28, 2019 at approximately 2:56 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a Motor Vehicle Crash with Injuries call in the 1500 block of Pin Oak Drive. The following are the preliminary facts of the incident:

• En route to the call, officers were informed the lone occupant of the vehicle was suffering from a gunshot wound.
• Upon arrival, police located the vehicle and victim in the 1500 block of Pin Oak Dr.
• Hamilton County EMS transported the victim to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
• CPD Violent Crimes Bureau responded to conduct further investigation.
• Investigators determined the shooting occurred in the 3800 block of Larry Dr.

Marshon Langford (male, 40)
