10-8-19 Shooting - 1600 block South Kelly Street

• Upon arrival at the hospital, Police made contact with the male party who had a gunshot wound.
• The victim advised he drove himself to the hospital after being shot.
• Officers located his vehicle, secured it, and called for the CPD Violent Crimes Unit to respond.
• Investigators were able to determine that the victim was driving in the 1600 block of South Kelly Street when an unknown vehicle pulled up and began shooting at him.
