12-01-19 Fatal Traffic Crash - 5025 Highway 58

• Vehicle #1 (Nissan Rogue) was traveling north on Hwy 58 when it left the roadway surface.
• Vehicle #1 would strike a culvert and continue on before striking a second culvert at a significant speed. This impact ejected the driver from the vehicle.
• Vehicle #1 and the driver came to rest on the right side of the roadway.
• Hamilton County EMS responded and transported the driver to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
• This investigation will continue in a logical manner.
