12-7-19 Fatal Traffic Crash - 400 Frazier Ave.

• Vehicle #1 (Dodge Ram 1500) was traveling east on Frazier Ave., merged onto River St., left the roadway, and struck a building located at 555 River. St.
• Driver and passenger were taken to a local hospital by Hamilton County EMS.
• The building struck by the vehicle sustained extensive damage.
• Passenger was treated for minor injuries and released from the hospital.
• On December 7, 2019, CPD Traffic Unit Investigators were notified that the driver passed away on December 6, 2019.
