1-3-20 UPDATE: Homicide / 12-31-19 Shooting - 490 Greenway View Drive

On December 31, 2019 at approximately 12:53 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a Person Shot call at 490 Greenway View Drive. The following are the preliminary facts of the investigation:

• Upon arrival, police located one person suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds (Victim #1) and another suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound (Victim #2).
• Both victims were taken to a local hospital by Hamilton County EMS.
• Unknown suspect(s) fled the scene in a vehicle prior to police arrival.
• Homicide Unit Investigators continue to follow up on suspect information provided by witnesses.
• Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this incident to call 423-698-2525 or submit a tip via the CPD Mobile App. You can remain anonymous.
