1-12-20 Arrest/Homicide - 5700 block Garrett Drive

• Upon arrival, police located an unresponsive male lying in a driveway.
• Victim was taken to a hospital by Hamilton County EMS where he was pronounced deceased.
• Police detained another party on scene who was later interviewed by CPD Homicide Unit Investigators.
• Based on that interview and evidence obtained at the scene, investigators determined the man's death to be the result of a criminal act.
• Party detained and interviewed was determined to be the suspect.
• Suspect is charged with Criminal Homicide and in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.
