3-18-20 Second Suspect Arrested - Homicide/Shooting, 3800 block Larry Dr.
On March 18, 2020 Chattanooga Police Homicide Investigators arrested a second suspect in the September 29, 2019 homicide of 40-year-old Marshon Langford that occurred in the 3800 block of Larry Drive. De'Koryon Powell (18) is in custody at the Hamilton County Jail. Powell is charged with Criminal Homicide and Especially Aggravated Robbery.
