• Upon arrival, police learned the victim was shot by a male known to him in the front yard of the residence.
• Victim was taken to a local hospital by Hamilton County EMS.
• Victim suffered critical injuries.
• Suspect remained on scene and was taken into custody.
• Investigators charged the suspect with Attempted Criminal Homicide, Aggravated Assault, and Reckless Endangerment.
